The repair person was competent and punctual. He fixed the machine. I thought it was all going to be fine until he quoted me the price that his "boss" on the cell phone told him to charge me. Despite the fact that the "boss" told me initially that the price would be "around $340" if it was only a blocked tube in the machine, when he was done, the repair person called his boss and then insisted that he was charging me significantly more ($150 dollars more). Not only did that happen, but they suppled no invoice, no receipt stating instead that "his boss" would send it to me later.  Then, to make it all worse, he insisted that the check had to be made out to "cash".  Don't get me wrong - the man who did the repairs was competent and professional. Until it came to the billing practices that 
his "boss" on the cell phone dictated.
All in all, this is very shady. Even though the repair person was good at his job, whoever the "boss" is behind the scenes (unless they are doing this together) did not deal with me honestly or professionally. Obviously, the insistence on a check made out to "cash", the lack of any invoice or receipt and the change in the price once the work was completed, made the experience very negative. I hope that the repair guy finds a more reputable company to work with soon.
