Dry Cleaning Service
I took a jacket in last spring that I had bought at a consignment shop. It came back with a broken zipper, which the shop refused to fix for free. I was rather upset about this and brought it up with the manager, who said it was a problem with the manufacturer and she wasn't going to fix it (I basically felt like she was saying, it's your fault for buying cheap clothes. For the record, it was a Gap jacket that looked like it had never been worn. Not all of us can afford Prada!). I asked her if she thought a $5 zipper was worth losing a customer and she didn't seem to care. I will NEVER go back after this kind of shoddy treatment.
