West Street Interiors Inc

We contracted with West Street Interiors to remodel our kitchen and bathroom. Within 6 months of installation of the custom kitchen cabinets, the paint started to blister and peel off. This occurred in all area of the kitchen. West Street repainted the cabinet but the paint continued to come off and is still coming off the cabinets. An outside paint expert from the company stated that the wrong wood was used and this will continue until a different type of paint is used. This was a flaw in the construction of the cabinets by West Street. They refuse to pay for the repair. A complaint was filed with the NYC Better Business Bureau and he did not respond to them. The bathroom was tiled with glass tiles. Within a few months we noted water stains behind the glass tile. West Street re-grouted but the problem persists. Now the tiles are falling off the wall because water is seeping behind the tiles. We later found out the tiles were placed too close together for enough grout to hold and create a seal. West Street refuses to correct the problem. A complaint was filed with the NYC Better Business Bureau and he did not respond to them.
