Apartments
I think the building I live in is exceptional. I like the size of the apartments, they are huge by New York standards, and I have lots of windows. What I don't like is that the elevator rarely works. There is also limited parking. Some of the people have lived in the building for 30 years! I also don't like that there isn't enough washer and dryers, and the hours are limited on Sundays. The doormen are very friendly. The Super lives on my floor, and we get along. They painted my apartment the way I wanted it, and I have a dishwasher. It's also a pet friendly building.
