Water Fire Mold NY

A few weeks ago, my Elmhurst home had a pretty bad water leak that came from the upstairs’ bathroom and got all the way to the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Not only did it leave big water marks all over the place, but mold started growing from all the humidity that was building up. I searched for companies online and Rainbow was the first one to answer, they came in right way to inspect my house and made sure to start the restoration process ASAP. They had technicians set up their equipment and do readings in all affected rooms and what surprised me was the quickness and efficiency in which they left both my kitchen and bathroom fixed, as well as the bedroom! It all got restored within the same day and I didn’t have to worry anymore about mold growing inside, such a life saver, thank you.

Rainbow came to the rescue after a botched roofing job by a shady Bronx contractor left multiple exposed areas in my roof and gutters, causing severe water damage throughout my entire house for both me and my tenants after a severe thunderstorm hit. They sent their guys up onto the roof in the pouring rain to cover up the exposed areas to prevent further damage and set up dehumidifiers and fans throughout the house. Sections of the walls had to be cut out and replaced which they were able to do that very same day.

The team at Rainbow International of Maspeth were highly competent, and responded with emergency timing. We had sever flooding in our home and they were able to address the issue and remedy the damages. My wife and I were so pleased were their service and so thankful with how quickly they were on site.
