Viola's owner, Alex, was extremely communicative and made me and my wife very comfortable as we proceeded. He remained patient despite lots of changes on our part in the initial scope of work. He has great experience in remodels, so he has very practical advice to give. There were a couple of hiccups that arose die to old construction that they handled very well. The kitchen and bathroom were particularly impressive since they are small spaces that needed some ingenuity. The crew, especially the paint and plaster team, did a great job staying on time and clean! Pricing for services was reasonable and he made an effort to come in pretty much on budget, despite some of the supply problems that existed. Timeline went over just a little, though much of it was due to order delays on this and simultaneous projects they covered. I'd definitely use Viola Home Improvement again for a home remodel.
