Frederick Biehle Erika Hinrichs viaARCHITECTURE is composed of two partners and their studio staff together with a team of professional consultants assembled on a project to project basis to most effectively serve the individual needs of each client. The studio work varies between the private domain and the public realm, primarily in residential and commercial architecture, but extending into institutional, exhibition, furniture, and design for the landscape.

Assisting with Building Review Process, Bidding Process, Construction Administration and Sign-Off, DOB/Landmarks Filing, Helping to Obtain Permits, I consult about design and provide basic design services, Review, as well as some additional services if necessary., which of course can evolve from basic Schematic Designs to more developed ones and further into Construction Drawings. We usually assist our clients throughout the entire construction process: Contract Administration
