I've been using them for years and years. It's alright. I have no choice to use them, they are the only one here.

All of those combined, cost over $500 a month. We use Verizon Fios. Cellphone, TV, landline and internet, they're all reliable.

I can get a signal and any service anywhere. If you have a question, the wait at the Verizon centers is long.

I am extremely frustrated with this company for consistently sending letters and correspondences for something that I do not receive. I have called and mailed them about the issue over and over again but nothing is getting through. I'm done with this company and past being reasonable about this issues. I am now getting automatic phone calls about this issue and this is extremely frustrating and annoying. I have already paid them for the services that I owe but I am not going to pay for the other service I do not get.

They provide landline service. They were not punctual and they could not fix the problem.

This is a heads up regarding sales tactics at Verizon. I know this isn't news, but serves as a reminder to verify available pricing before dealing with Verizon.
I had one of those time-limited year long deals for FIOs internet service with Verizon. After the time period lapsed, the cost went up again, I decided to drop Verizon's service in favor of a mobile hot spot with speeds at 25/25. I called in and asked to drop my internet service, but keep my basic "FIOS digital voice per minute" at $14.99 plus tax. The "specialist" misrepresented the phone options available, even though they were listed on their web site. He told me that the only services available were 2 plans at $42.04 and $59.99. He said that if I dropped the FIOS internet my digital voice per minute plan would not work, so I couldn't keep it.
I knew this wasn't true because I had had the service by itself without internet before and told him so. He started to argue that that plan was in place before, but was no longer available. I told him that unless he allowed me to continue with FIOS digital voice per minute I would buy another cell phone, port my number, and report him to the Better Business Bureau. At that point he said he had to talk to his manager. While I waited, I found my "FIOS digital voice per minute" advertised online at the Verizon web site. Sometimes Verizon won't give you pricing info online until you specify your address because they offer different deals to prospective and current customers, but I found an unprotected ad.
He came back and gave me the service I requested, which he should have done to begin with. I'd say that this might be an exception, but I went through the same thing with another salesperson the last time I dropped internet service. Be prepared with your pricing facts before calling Verizon for anything. It's a good general practice anyway. Their technical products perform well, their service people are professional (though scheduling is a challenge), but in my experience, their account and sales personnel may use deceptive sales tactics.

We had some storms here that was a hurricane and that attacked the service. We were out of service here for awhile. That as annoying but there is probably not much they could do about that.

My experience has been pretty good. When I first started using cell phone, I was with another service provider. I couldn't get a consistent connection, but Verizon is so much better. They are expensive, but it does connect. I am not happy with the price. They have been pretty responsive. The customer service has been good.

The Verizon internet was fantastic. We've been using Verizon for about 5 years for our cellphone service plus I get some agreement from our company, we get a 20% discount in the service. I love their price, it's good.

Verizon I think they are pricey. The fact that I really want a landline phone because we had hurricane Sandy, we actually had phone service, I like that about it. They are reliable. Other than that they do what they are supposed to do, they don't do anything special, they just do exactly what they say they'll do and they provide adequate or good service, but they are just a little pricey. We haven't needed to contact customer service for a very long time.

I have been with them for a really long time as far as my cell phone is concerned and I have been really happy with them. One thing I would like to complain about it is that they don't offer FiOS here. I live in a condo community and they don't offer FiOS, which they did. I had it when I lived in Northern New Jersey and it is awesome. It is better than cable, and I get a lot more that what I get with cable and the overall quality is better. I went way over my minutes when I moved here and I didn't have a house phone yet, and they negotiated with me and gave me a big break. Their customer service is excellent. I don't necessarily like what they are doing with their data plans right now but it doesn't really affect me. I have family members and friends who are with another service provider, and I hear that it is a nightmare, so Verizon probably has the better network comparatively. I think cell phone companies charge too much. They have always been very responsive and their service is great. I usually get a response right away if I call them. Overall, it is a good customer service experience. I have been happy with them.

We have Verizon in our whole house. We have them for our phones and cell phones, so we just chose them. We like to keep stuff simple. We just have internet and phone. We don't have the Triple Play. I upgraded my service and when the technician came to my house he couldn't get it connected and he tried and tried. He said that somebody would be at my house tomorrow morning at 8:30 to see what the problem was because they couldn't send a message to whoever it was in Albany to really get my system upgraded. Those guys came to the house and was there at 8:30. We sent a letter to their supervisor. They want to recruit you and want you to take the Triple Play, but I like my life calm. The Verizon computer services providers are excellent. They're wonderful and was really good. I don't like when I have to call them up and ask them questions about my phone. The prompts are too long, but these guys came and they really worked very hard to get my computer service up and they were there when they were going to be there and the guy was real nice. I was very happy with them.
