Property Management
O M Electric did the rewiring in my apartment, however, the debris from the drilling went from the hole into my closet. I called them and told them that it left debris on my clothing and everything. They said they would send somebody over, which they did. They tried to clean the debris away from my clothing but it wasn't working. I spent $40.50 on the cleaner who cleaned my clothing but they did not clean mink. I had to take my mink coat to C&S here in Manhattan. That bill was $48.00. To have these paid, I called Urban management and they told me to call O M Electric. O M Electric sent me back to Urban Management. They said that they cannot pay both bills.
