URBAN ANIMAL

Carol is a wonderful and caring person who clearly has an immense love and dedication for animals.  Carol housesits our 150 lbs Great Dane Ashby.  Ashby is a sweetheart, but like all animals, he does have some issues to deal with.  At his size, sometimes that can be difficult.  Ashby warmed up to Carol right away and she is more than capable of handling a large breed.  We have used her several times already so far and we are leaving for two weeks and leaving Ashby in her care with no worries.  Carol & Urban Animal have the best pricing in the city, she is also a former zoologist and some of her other sitters and walkers are too.  She will also take care of random house items that may need to be dealt with, such as plants and mail.  Ultimately we couldn't of found a more attentive and caring person for our family member and I encourage you to try her out.

The experience was flawless and delightful. Altho after 19 years of being an extremely happy customer, I would expect nothing less from Carol Henger, who owns and manages Urban Animal, a dog walking & pet-sitting business which I have had the pleasure to work with since 1996. I have not once been disappointed. Twice a day for approximately 47 weeks a year, over 19 years works out to over 8,500 walks, plus some 9:30pm'ers if I am out late. I am, and have always been, 100% satisfied with the service.  When I look at it that way, the number blows my mind. I can't think of another service I use that I can say that of - either 100% satisfied, altho "satisfied" understates the experience, or that I actually have 8500+ discrete experiences from which to evaluate my overall experience.
