UPS has done it again. They have got to be one of the worst shipping carriers to exist. I have shipped packages that arrived with the merchandise broken into pieces, packages were sent to the incorrect address and packages showing up looking like it had been through a war. The latest mishap is that I shipped a package from one of their stores on April 15th that somehow got lost by them. After 4 months of going back & forth with them I still have not received the refund they said I would. Now I am filing a compaint with the BBB. I guess lesson learned, you get what you pay for. You might as well pay the extra money for the better carrier knowing that your package will get to it's destination in one piece. Needless to say, I will not use them again for any personal shipping needs.

They seem very reliable. They don’t lose packages. Their hours are great. They are there 5-6 days a week. I haven’t had a bad experience.

They had a special on paper shredding this month. I use them all the time. They are very nice.
