Upholstery Cleaning NYC

Awful. We were very specific as to the stains that had occurred. The salesman, Peter T., assured us of a package and procedure that would work, and it didn't. When asked about it, he replied that it wasn't going to work well anyway, because the couch was stained too much. Why didn't he say that the first time? This guy was quick to make a sale and lie, and say whatever he could to do. He then berated my wife and my two year old kid, saying we shouldn't have our kid sleep on our old "dead" couch. My kid is 2. He doesn't sleep on our couch. His technician damaged our wall and some personal property of mine. I didn't ask for anything for it, but he responded how I was "scamming him" and he was going to sue me? LOL. Better, yet, I have this all documented in email correspondence. I will copy and paste the more lively comments from this awful business person. The first note is us telling him the history of the stain and our use, and then him making up his own commentary, very Donald Trump like if you ask me: "We never cleaned it with chemicals. We only wiped the milk spills with water. I explicitly asked you about this and milk stains when I emailed you. You were so quick to make a sale that you didn’t give me the truth that it wouldn’t really work on this type of couch and stain. I even paid for service not rendered (the extra package). The technician said he only could use soap and water on it. All not true, his claims.. but let's get some more doozies from Mr. Pete. "Technician did not even approach your wall. There was no need to approach it as a couch located separate. You are a scam artist, not me. You are ridiculous artist if you report a service for not removing stains off your old dead couch that has not been cleaned for years. I kindly offered to do a retouch cleaning but you chose a counterproductive way obviously. I will have to reject on a request to our technicians return to try to make it better. Good luck. The point, if he wasn't in the wrong, he wouldn't be so defensive. This co. is obviously a con front. "Peter, the wall is brand new and he marked it. Please, at least be a man and take responsibility. I didn’t ask you to repair anything did I? I’ll take care of it. By your violent, defensive and emotional response, it only proves you have something to hide and work a business in bad faith." Never under any circumstance use this guy.
