+ -1 moreBadly! When I expressed my unhappiness about not being foretold about not seeing doctor, the NP told me this was not the practice for me. I then told her it was against the law to ask me to leave and she recanted her statement.
Description of Work: I brought my 10 year old to see a doctor, it took 1 month to get the appointment, when I arrived I was handed a paper stating I would be seeing a NP. I gave her a chance and she failed. She left the conference room door open and when it was time to enter the exam room she also left the door wide open. What happened to privacy as she took my daughter's shirt off without even warning her what was going to happen. Her response was "nobody is there", where is her "professionalism", oh she has NONE! The exam room she took us into was filthy, dirty gauze all over the counter, exam table had stains on it. After she made my daughter walk on the floor barefoot I wiped alcohol preps on her feet before letting her put her shoes back on because the floor was so dirty. I would take another page writing how half a**ed the NP's examine skills were.Normally I have no problem with NP's, but the office staff should have told me at the time I made the appointment that I would not be seeing the doctor. Her name is attached to Doc's Pediatric Neuro. I feel duped and in the process of finding a new neurologist.
