They made good on them but they had their issues. It wasn't the most convenient thing to do. Their reservation system has a lot to be desired but other than that, they fulfilled the mission. They have the hook to get you in and once they got you in, they know how to work you.

Moving
My husband and I rented a truck and drove from Arizona to New York. U Haul sent three men to help us unload the truck into the house. These guys were amazing. It was freezing cold and icy but they never complained once about the conditions. Thanks U Haul!
