TurnKey Restoration

He did absolutely nothing. He was supposed to cut out walls which he did not. He did not remove any mold and he did nothing he said he would do. He said he had workmen and he did not have that either. He lied about everything and I would never use him again.

This is the second time I have called on Rob for remediation. The first time was after Hurricane Sandy, he was with another company but he was experienced, quick, reliable and delivered as promise so I called on him again when construction next door flooded my basement apartment within the year and mold developed again under the floor boards and behind the walls. Since I was on vacation when this happened, my coop had enlisted another remediation company who over charged, destroyed my kitchen, left the place still damp and did not remove all the mold as promised even after 2 weeks of work. So I called Rob to finish the job and within 3 days, my apartment was dry, clean and mold free as he promised and he also minimized the damage by not having to rip up the bathroom. Not that I ever want to go through it a third time but I would certainly know who to call first.
