The experience started off less than stellar in that about a week or two after I started the mortgage process my application was reassigned to a different person -- I gather that the person I initially worked with left under abrupt circumstances. But the person I was reassigned to, Andrew Toolin, was excellent. My purchase process dragged on and on for months (5 1/2, as it turned out) as I ran into a couple problems along the way, and Andrew was great through it all. He was very responsive and patient, returned phone calls in a timely manner, offered good advice, when to lock, and just a very professional and pleasant person to deal with. I ended up doing a 30-day lock about a week before closing and got a call from Andrew the day before closing saying that he saw that rates had dropped since I locked and that he got the bank to shave a little more off for me. It was a very nice surprise and not something that I was expecting, so I thought that was great service. I would highly recommend this company.

Overall I had a great experience with T & B. I was taken care of from the very beginning and was always able to get a hold of Hymie and Jessica (the underwriter person). Everything was given to me in writing and there were no surprises. Hymie watches the rates very closely and did his best to advise me when an appropriate time to lock my rate would be. It worked out in the end because rates went up the following week! I was very happy with T & B and would recommend them to anyone I know. A solid mortgage broker.

We had no complaints about this company. We felt we were treated as valued customers. At the end of the day that makes you feel good. We would use them all over again if we needed to. This company is very helpful and small. They are also quick and responsive to your needs.
