Computer Repair
Toshiba is pretty helpful when you have a problem. They did send me out new parts. I liked that. You never know though. They are a large company and it all depends on who you are talking to. I have gotten really good people on the phone and really bad people. In general, they are pretty decent. Now the services and parts they provided me with were covered under my warranty.
