I needed most of the interior of my house repainted, floors redone, new flooring installed in a finished basement, minor plaster repair and electrical work, and wanted a Nest thermostat. Jamir and William were fantastic. They showed up on time, offered helpful advice, and worked skillfully and efficiently at a fair price. The project was finished ahead of schedule and everything came out beautifully. Choosing Top Notch was a great decision on my part. I plan on hiring them again in the future for a bathroom remodel.

The basement floor was transformed in the best way possible. Jamir was a great listener, very cooperative, had great suggestions and input. He was also willing to do additional work without delay. Originally, the plan was to tile the space but we decided painting was a good idea. He was very accommodating. We liked the work so much that we felt comfortable adding other last minutes projects that we had pending. And we were happy to know he was willing to help with all the add-ons. The work was done neatly and carefully and with solid workmanship and I feel we really lucked out with this company.

Top-Notch Renovation Did a great job replacing windows at a very reasonable price. First I was a little uncertain because their price was a lot lower than the other renovation companies. I spoke to the owner William and he seemed very knowledgeable and was very clear about the pricing and the job. They do a good job and also do a quality work. I would definitely recommend them.

Jamir Toro was on schedule and on budget. To me, those were two very important aspects of his work. He was careful and clean; as messy as renovations are, I always came back home to find his work area neat. On top of all that, he did a very good job.

Jamir and Top-Notch have done work in my apartment several times over the last 5 years.  I keep calling them because they are always punctual, have a great disposition for service, and their work is very good.  They have painted my apartment 3x and the work is always on time and the rates are incredible reasonable.
