CJ first built our kid's treehouse. That went fast and well, so we had him gut and rearrange all new fixtures in a bathroom in the house; again, he did an excellent job. So we then had him build walk-in closets in our master bedroom off a rough sketch--another excellent job. We then contracted him to gut and rearrange a master bathroom with completely new fixtures and tiles and new, larger window. All went well and the bathroom looks beautifu. He has now installed a large outdoor kitchen and added to our pool deck and roofed an investment house and updated many of the fixtures. All of these projects were well managed and always within the estimate he gave.
He works with a small crew who are all very respectful and work well together. I have never heard acrimonious interaction. CJ is calm and responsive and able to accommodate change without the typical hemming and hawing I have encounted from contractors in the past (I've done 5 renovations previous). He is honest and trustworthy. He does beautiful work and takes pride in his labors. He is easy to work with.
I bought an investment house (on which he put a new roof and updated the fixtures) knowing that I now have access to a reliable and responsible contractor on whom I can depend. I highly recommend him.
