"Although a "B" grade is hardly terrible, and I appreciate the client's feedback, I strive for 100% satisfaction. In fact, I offer a satisfaction guarantee in my client agreement that reads "The Organizing Wiz strives to meet a 100% client satisfaction level. If the client reasonably determines that The Organizing Wiz has not satisfactorily rendered services, and notifies the Organizing Wiz within 30 days (or 60 days depending on the project type) of the time the services were provided, The Organizing Wiz will schedule a complimentary session to address the client’s concerns". I also follow up with all clients by phone after the work is completed to see how things are working after the work is finished. In this case, I left 3 messages for this client to follow up, but they were not returned, so I had no idea there were any issues. I would have been happy to fix whatever was not working for her."
