I was referred to Manhattan Mortgage by my employer and was fortunate to be directed to Harold Sokol when I called. I never considered using a mortgage broker in the past but I wasn't in a position to deal with all of the annoying details...phone calls, paper work, etc. Harold was on top of things every step of the way, never failed to quickly answer any of my questions and immediately addressed any matters that needed attention. He managed to get me a better deal with lower closing costs than my current bank offered through their streamlined process. The entire process from the first call placed to him took less than a month.
