The sales people are nice and I would give the A. I did not like the person that came to measure and he worked for a subcontractor. I would not use the in the future for renovations.

That was fine. It was good. They're local. It's an ordinary and normal business transaction. There were no problems. I had a very good impression of the people who did the work. I would consider them in the future.

Not only did they charge for bidding out their on materials, there prices were dramatically higher (33%) than buy ing the appliances on my own and hiring a home renovation company to provide materials including floors, cabinets and countertops.  I found their sales department to be high pressure and trying to constantly sell up.

I did the work through The Home Depot but they probably sub contracted it. Everybody seemed to be happy with it. They were easy to work with. They were really nice and I had to do it all long distance over the phone. I haven't seen the floor but the person who handled it said they were easy to work with and all. I would recommend them to family and friends. They got back to me promptly.  

DON'T use anyone in this store for your kitchen. First they seem to think they are high-end custom cabinet suppliers. They won't give you any printouts or price lists until you pay in total. The designer we used was rigid old-school, "no you can't do that", "you'll ruin your resale if you do this", "I'm putting a big note here that says designer objects". Bad ideas, no resourcefulness. If we had listened to her we would have had a crammed little kitchen with no style or charm.
WORST is after you waste a ton of time you discover their prices are all snake oil. They hit you with a price way out of your stated range, then try to make you feel grateful as they come up with more and more special discounts that only your designer of course can help you get. You get so exhausted with all the haggling, you wind up settling for what you might not want.
 AND THEN their install price comes in. $450/cabinet, despite all the signs (which I photographed) saying $119/cabinet. The store Manager, Sherwann Stokes even told me that the $119/cabinet was just for nailing the box to the wall, no doors, nothing. I said fine, do whatever you will do for the advertised price. Round and round, they came down... to $400/cabinet. Their defensive nature about the sub-contractor who installs at rip-off prices makes you wonder what they get out of it????
FINALLY, they made a $900 mistake on the bill, not in my favor of course. I was so unhappy I sold my stock in the company. 
I wound up ordering from them only because they had the cabinet sizes I needed, but pretty much did my own design on the Ikea site and wish I could have bought from Ikea.

They came quickly to do the installation of the new door. The door was of good quality and the workers were friendly. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend their services to other customers.

One of the worst experiences imaginable. Wrong cabinet doors supplied three times, improper fit. Plumbers caused leak that resulted in damage to adjoing apartments, tried to deny responsibility. We were not living in apartment, but made irregular visits in between visits virtually nothing was done if they ran into a problem, even though they had my work phone, my wifes work phone, both our cell phones and e-mail, rather than call, they would just stop until we found out. A job that should have taken 3 months, took 8 or 9. I cant even begin to tell you how many calls went unreturned. I called them my 1021 people for every ten calls I made, one would get returned. This was a nightmare from start to finish and I would urge anyone to think very carefully before entrusting them to do work of this nature.

THEY HAD A LARGE SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM AND THE SALES ASSOCIATES WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE GUYS THAT CAME TO MY HOME AND INSTALLED THE DOORS WERE VERY POLITE AND FINISHED THE JOB QUICKLY. THEY EVEN INSTALLED THE HARDWARE ON THE DOORS.

I THINK HOME DEPOT DID A GREAT JOB. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THEY REPLACED THE FRENCH DOORS. ALL THE PEOPLE AT THE STORE WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE PEOPLE WHO INSTALLED THE DOORS WERE VERY POLITE AND RESPECTFUL.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE COUNTER TOPS LOOK VERY GOOD. THE MANNER OF THE WORKERS WAS EXCELLENT. THIS COMPANY WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLED IF I NEED THEM AGAIN.

I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT. I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS A LITTLE OVERPRICED BUT THE CABINETS TURNED OUT GOOD.

I AM PLEASED WITH THE SELECTION OF CARPETING THAT HOME DEPOT HELPED ME CHOOSE FOR MY HOME. IT WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB!
