I called The Grout Man for a quote to clean and seal the grout in my kitchen that had not been touched in 10 years when it was first installed. Fran gave me a quote which Was very reasonable and we set a date for the job. When he showed up to do the work, he realized the job was more time intensive than first thought, and HE still HONORED HIS QUOTE. When I came home to see the room halfway done and seeing how beautiful the floor looked I waned 2 more roomes done. Frank and Todd came back the following day and did the other 2 rooms and made them all look as good as they did the day they were installed if not BETTER.
Frank and Todd showed up right on time as promised. The work was beautiful, and the whole process was seamless and easy. I would highly recommend The Grout Man and use them for any job.

It's going okay. I think their price is what they said on the website. They're still correcting something so I'm still waiting for a follow-up on it. They are very professional. He gave suggestions and he's a pleasant person to work with.
