The Air Tech guy said, "Look there is some rattling in your system." I asked them to come out and check it. They explained to me what was the issue. It wasn't an issue, it's just the way the system is. He said the system is fine. It's not a big noise. So, they checked it out, it sounded like the things were shaking, but it was really the air motor creating the noise because of the negative air pressure. So he explained to me what was the issue and he said it's not an issue. I signed a service contract with them, that's how confident I was in them.

The week before, they came out and did a furnace check for me. They evaluated my furnace and they told me the condition it was in. I reached out to them. I actually saw them through a local news paper, that's the reason why I reached out to them. The humidifier cost was about $1153 if I round it up, so that included the actual humidifier device, the installation and the labor. To someone who maybe looking at using them, I would highly recommend they check them out and make their own assessment. I think they won't be disappointed. The key driver for me with Team Electric is that they specialize in servicing the Amana system. The person who came out twice for me was great.

We went with them because they were recommended to us by a friend. They had great availability, they were able to come out in 2 or 3 days. Two technicians came out for the service and they finished in less than two hours. They were also very friendly and nice.
