Fraudulent. Hired the company for a leaky shower head. Days before the work, let them know that the problem was that one of the cartridges under either the water on/off handle or the temperature control handle was faulty, removed handles and sent them photos of both cartridges, and sent them the spec sheet direct from the manufacturer. Technician showed up and indicated none of that had been communicated to him. Despite having turned off the water and removed the handles for him, he spent an hour in bathroom before leaving for the supply store to get the cartridges, but only returned with one which did not solve the problem. Charged me the next day for a second visit to get the other cartridge. At the end of the day they a) billed me approx $1700 over 6-7 hours of work for what should be a 1 hour job ; b) billed me for what they didn't do (water shut off x 2 and handle removal x 2; and c) wouldn't reply to emails to explain. Owner Joe Santullo was copied on all emails. DO NOT USE.

The management of my building called them out to do the work. They do work while they are here in the building, and we are then billed later. The price was broken down based off of 2 men for 2.5 hrs totaling 357.50. The materials, which was the gasket, 159.96, and 45.92 for sales tax. Gaskets typically run under $5 dollars, and the plumbers were here for about 30-40 minutes here.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPANY. THE COMPANY IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ARE VERY INFORMATIVE WHEN WE ASKED QUESTIONS, AND THEY ARE WILLING TO TAKE SUGGESTIONS. THEY HAVE VERY RESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES.
