Job was performed promptly and professionally. The furniture pieces hadn't been cleaned in ten years and needed cleaning. Sutton did a terrific job and the cleaned furniture looked great afterwards.

It went very well. The service was prompt and professional. In particular, the antique rugs, which were removed and cleaned off premises, look fantastic and visitors to the apartment have said how much better they look. The regular carpet cleaning was prompt and thorough. A number of dark stains were removed. Price was reasonable.

I can't imagine the project being easier. Diane made scheduling a breeze. Her estimate, before the workers came, was spot on. They were prompt, experienced, tidy and quick, moved furniture and replaced it perfectly. They even made a little repair on the back of a cabinet while it was away from the wall! Amazing! It's rare that workers leave you with SUCH a good feeling!

I found Sutton by checking reviews on yelp and Home Advisor. After calling one other company, I called Sutton and knew it was the right one for me. I needed fast service for pick-up, cleaning and storage for two Oriental rugs from two locations. They picked up the very next morning and the price for everything was quite reasonable.

I was already impressed, but one other thing impressed me even more. I wanted to have the fringe on both rugs removed and the edges
bound. Sutton agreed to do one of the rugs, a relatively inexpensive one. But they strongly recommended against binding the other based on their experience with quality Oriental rugs. The restorer basically refused because binding this fine rug "would be like cutting a Picasso in half." I was convinced not only to cancel the binding, but also that Sutton is about service and quality over price and profit.

Needing this kind of service is rare for most people, which makes it even more critical to find the right provider. Sutton Carpet is the
right provider, hands down.

I was told by the Sutton woman who answers the phone (owner?) that when they came to clean my rug, if they could not get the stain out, they would bring it to their facility and continue their cleaning process.  The rug is an expensive product used in schools and airports because it's easy to care for.     I believe the cleaning person was in a hurry to get out, I pointed out that the stain looked like it had not come out.   It was tough to see since all was wet - but as it turns out when it dried- NOTHING looked any cleaner.  Even regular dirt from foot traffic was not improved whatsoever.   When I contacted Sutton, first they told me the cleaner was on vacation and they would return my call when he returned.   Over the next few months I called and called them - either it was the same story, or they would not pick up my call.  One time I called from a different phone number and she mysteriously answered!  We argued about their commitment to bring the rug to their facility.  I suggested she come see the job her cleaner did.  She was extremely rude and refused to do anything.  I suggested she send my money back and of course I never heard from her again.   I would highly recommend that no one uses their service.   They do very poor work and are dishonest.
