They are very well known and have been in the business for a long time. I was pleased with their services and I would recommend them to others. They repair expensive purses too. Their prices are very expensive but they do quality job. They are a family business and they're very respectful.

The jacket was ready when promised and the zipper was fully repaired. I took his advice and did not repair the jacket needing extensive work. The quality of the work and professionalism of the staff impressed me enough to bring in yet a third jacket which did need to have the zipper replaced. That work is currently being performed.

The embossing really wasn't where I wanted it on the cover of the book. It was centered and I wanted it toward the right hand corner. The actual embossing is OK--not crisp. A little smudgy looking.

I was very pleased with the final result although it's not a cheap service. The quality of work is very good. Price is a negative and also it took them over 3 weeks to finish this job but they said they had a lot of orders at that time. It's worth the money on the expensive item!!!!
