The pro's name is Stan F., and he did a great job. He came for an initial inspection and confirmed that the ignitor needed replacing. He then ordered the part, and stayed in contact the entire time with the status of the part order. Once the part arrived, he came over and installed it in less than 1 hour. Very kind, courteous, and got the job done.
