SLEEPY'S THE MATTRESS PROFESSIONALS

After calling Sleepy's they sent people out to see what was wrong and they said that the foundation should never have been placed on top of the old frame. They removed the frame but did not have the part to attach the foundation to the headboard.Next day two men came to attach the foundation to the headboard but again they did not have the part. I waited 4 hours and they  came late.

 Today they are supposed to send me a new foundation, since the original was damaged by their people. They were supposedto be here at 9AM and here it is 10:30 and THEY ARE NOT HERE!!!
I would never recommend Sleepy's to anyone. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!!!

I 'm so far enjoying my new Mattress, For the price, there should not be charges for old mattress removal and delivery charges should be a lot less if at all. There are companies that remove and deliver as part of their service The delivery people were professional and courteous, set up and removal of old was excellent!

I purchased a queen sized Beauty Rest mattress. I had a fine experience with them. They were not pushy. We tried out a couple of their mattresses and decided on one. Then we purchased it. I think the price was too expensive, but the price seemed to be average.

I have taken off at least four times from work to meet with this company and they have not shown up. My mattress is completely sinking in the middle. They make too many promises. Then, they have different companies calling you. It s a mess. Its so frustrating. They tell me they're coming and then they just do not call or show up or anything. Then they lie and make up stories and say they canceled with me. This is a major company too. I just feel horrible because this has been an ongoing battle and I can get no one from this company to simply come out and even look at the product they are supposed to guarantee for ten years.
