Their service was horrible. I could have gotten my furniture delivered more quickly by strapping it to my back and walking. They were originally scheduled to deliver on a Friday between 11 am - 3pm. After 3:00pm they called me to say that there had been a problem (no one noticed this any earlier in the FOUR HOUR window?) and the driver had not yet picked up my items, but would deliver them in another 2-3 hours. Since the items were a gift for my husband, who would be home soon, (not to mention that I had been waiting for four hours already), I rescheduled for the following Monday. I was given a 10am to 2pm window that day. At 2, with still no sign of delivery I called again, and the customer service rep told me the driver could not be reached. He promised to call back shortly with more info. When he called back, I discovered that not only were they not on their way, the items had still not been picked up from the store. They finally arrived well after 3pm, although I doubt that would have happened if I hadn't called. According to the hold message on their customer service line (where I spent *a lot* of time), they offer delivery service from MA to VA. Their headquarters are in NY, but I don't know if I was dealing with a local office or a franchise. I do know they used a Penske truck for delivery, so this office at least doesn't seem to own it's own fleet. They seem like a poorly managed fly-by-night operation at best.
