The technician showed up and did a great job! I explained where I wanted the device and the work was done exactly the way I wanted it to be done. They did tell me that I’d receive $100 Visa gift card since I went with them for the installation, but when I called them to find out where it was, they told me I had to register something online. They told me they’d make an exception with me though, since I called, but I haven’t received the gift card yet and it’s been a few months. The installation, however, was great!

Our technicians want to make sure that you and your family are safe, so they want to make sure you know how to use the system before they leave. In regards to the Visa Card, it was sent to our processing department on January 14, and generally take 3 weeks to arrive after that. Please look out for it in the mail!"
