 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY POLITE AND RESPECTABLE. THE WARRANTY COVERAGE WAS ALSO VERY REASONABLE. ONLY $25.00 FOR SERVICE ON MY MAYTAG WASHER. SEARS WAS ALSO GREAT TO WORK WITH AND POLITE AS WELL.
