Sealed

Sealed will buy you a new HVAC system and install some insulation in your home. They never finished installing all the insulation they claimed they would. Their hired contractors damaged my property and yelled at myself and my wife. The system they installed does work well. What they do next is absolutely price gouge you. I was paying somewhere in the $100-150 range to heat my home per month. Sealed just decides to charge me $650 consistently. Their bill has absolutely NO explanation about how they arrived at that number. I got on the phone with them and they would not give me a straight answer about anything in regards to how they actually arrived at the number, just saying "it's difficult to say and calculate." They gave me an option to go on a fixed payment which would have tripled the cost of the system. Long story short, they are a bunch of liars and thieves. You're better off finding your own contractors and getting a loan from your bank. This is a loan holding company pretending to be HVAC experts. They can't even manage to show their billing methodology.

Our experience with Sealed was wonderful. Sealed partnered up with our energy utility company and Energy Management Solution (EMS) company to help make our home as much comfortable in the winter as possible.The heat was constantly on in this house a year ago and our bills were extremely high. I received an ad in the mail stating that we could qualify for a program that Sealed offers. I contacted Sealed in the summer of 2020 and by the first week in December we had new insulation in our home, including our garage ceiling without any upfront costs to us. Sam from Sealed was our guide throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable, informative and very patient with all the questions we asked about the program. He set up a couple virtual meetings for us where he provided visuals via a PowerPoint about the project and the scope of work it would entail. He set up several meetings between us and his colleagues if different departments. I was very pleased with sealed and I am extremely thankful we had Sam as our representative through this process. We have noticed a huge difference so far this winter regarding the comfort of our home. The house is definitely staying warmer longer and our utility bill has dropped. All in all we are very pleased and would recommend to our family and friends.

They insulated the whole house from the basement to the top floor.? This has made a huge difference. The house is so warm sometimes we forget that we do not have the heat on! They did an amazing job on both projects. The conversion from oil to gas went very well. The guys were so fast cleaned after themselves when they were done, it was like they were not even there. The previous year 2014 starting with Thanksgiving we were shelling out money for oil just to keep warm but once the insulation was done our bill was cut in half. More importantly, we are able to enjoy a warm house! They responded whenever we called and Paul was always here before the men came to work just to make sure that everything is going to go as planned. We really appreciate his professionalism and commitment. They walked us through how? the new boiler and the hot water tank will work and how they compare to the different ones on the market. In short, they gave us a chance to compare what is out there and what they provide. They are all energy savers and that is very important to us. Our basement is not finished but it very warm. The other point is that we did not have to come up with any dime to pay them. They handled everything.? The work was completed on time and we are happy customer. I would highly recommend these guys.
