Old windows came out. No rot in the frames. New windows fit the frames very well, quite tight. Every thing went very smoothly - all windows except two upstairs bathrooms were done on the 1st day. Two bathrooms took a couple hours on the 2nd day. One window handle was damaged in transit and was replaced a couple weeks later.
