Rite called me shortly after I requested the quote, and sent someone over same-day. He was very professional, and provided immediate quotes for both the washing machine and another future project (leaking bathroom faucet). Prices were reasonable, and even better, he was able to hook up the washing machine right away! Would certainly call again when we need more work done.

New widespread kitchen faucet and taps with side spray were installed, as well as two ancient radiators reconnected after new floors had been installed. I was very happy with the radiator work which was quick and completed without any floor damage, however the faucet replacement was not well done. The taps have been attached to the incorrect supply lines (i.e. hot water is now on the right, which is not the American plumbing standard), and the taps were installed in the wrong positions so instead of the levers being parallel to the sink when shut off they are perpendicular over the sink. In addition, a pipe was knocked while the installation took place causing a leak which I had to pay an additional $285 to have fixed. This was on top of the $350 to install the faucet and the $1,300 to reinstall the radiators). The company has ignored my follow up to correct these issues so I unfortunately cannot recommend them.

I called on Saturday, August 31, 2019 (labor day weekend) and described the problem. They said someone would be there in an hour. He came on time, examined the pipes and showed me where the leak was happening. He quoted me a price, which I agreed to. He got new pipes from his truck and came back and replaced everything. He showed me the finished work and we ran water through the pipes to make sure everything was ok. He took all the old pipe with him and left the bathroom exactly as he found it. So overall, this firm responded on a holiday weekend, arrived on time, quoted me a reasonable price, and did professional work. I don't think it could get any better then this.

I had to find a plumber to replace my Flushmate flushing toilet system . Tony was very responsive and came right away . Did a great job . I called him again the following week for an emergency replacement of my bathroom sink pipes too . Very reliable and professional .

The job went exceedingly well. The company owner came supplied with all he need and discovered not one but three leaks under my sink. He quickly fixed the problem and all has been well since then. I'll be calling on him again for another plumbing issues. Highly recommended.

Tony answered our call and came over within an hour. He determined our toilet was functioning perfectly , told us to have the building snake the line and wouldn't take our money. We had the super do just that and all is well. We would hire such an honest knowable company again.

Smooth as a whistle. The Takagi also doesn't have a pilot light to be monitored. Highly recommend the readers to ditch any tank water heater and go tankless and instant-on. Glad I did this 35 years ago..
