It went perfectly, even better than we expected.
Richard turned our house into a showpiece. He went over plans with us, came up with new and creative ideas, opened up walls to bring in more light, and did a wonderful job overall of restoring our home to its 19th century style (with all the comforts of the 21st century.) He was a delight to work with, stuck to a schedule, met weekly with subcontractors to go over their work, and listened openly to our suggestions.
