Small Appliance Repair
They charged 2x the estimate to clean but not repair the air conditioner. The quality and professionalism of their work was non-existent. They were unresponsive to our issues and greatly over charged.
For instance, they recommended changing the thermostat to a digital model. We agreed -- they arrived three hours late on the date for the installation and started to install the exact same analog model that was already in place. The installer couldn't answer any questions why the work order, which clearly stated a specific digital model, wasn't being followed. I learned later on that none of their advise regarding the system was accurate.
Figlia & Sons, aka Dr. Cool aka RGA Mechanical operate in the manner of a auto shop where they give bad advise on what needs to be done and over charge.
