Reset Renovation Partners, a 100% Minority Business Enterprise owned and operated in New York City by Andrew W. Douglas, is a comprehensive and full-service Real Estate Development, Construction and Construction Management firm founded in 2020. We are built on a foundation of building stronger communities by renovating and transforming properties into community assets. While our community development mission has always remained consistent, over the years our reach has extended beyond housing to other sectors integral for economic and social success. Reset Renovation Partners is focused on providing development implementation services to real estate, corporate, not-for-profits and institutional clients. Our work encompasses affordable and sustainable housing development, revitalization of disaster-impacted or distressed housing, and the building of community facilities, businesses and infrastructure that enhances and improves quality of life, such as schools, transportation and transit stations, libraries, offices, theaters, community centers and other public purpose/municipal and civic facilities.
