RESCUECOM

I called to have service performed on my computer, including adding memory and reinstalling an opera sys. They said no problem. I was offered a 2pm appt, but 2 didn't work for me, so they agreed to come at 12:30. Since I scheduled same day service, I'd be charged if I cancelled that day (24 hr cancellation policy). W/i the hr, I got a call telling me that the tech was running late and would not be there until 2. I asked if I could cancel without charge because I could not be available and was told that I could not. They then said that they had spoken with the tech and he would be there by 1 . I got another call at 1 p.m. telling me that the tech was running late and wouldn't be there until 2 p.m., the time I originally rejected! After explaining all of the above, they finally said that the tech couldn't possibly do what I was asking, b/c they don't carry the items needed w/them. They agreed to cancel w/o charge, but wasted my entire am! They were also about 2x the cost of other

THE REPAIR PERSON WAS A WELL MANNERED YOUNG MAN WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH TELLING US WHAT HE WAS DOING TO THE COMPUTER. HE EVEN GAVE US TIPS ON HOW WE COULD KEEP OUR COMPUTER RUNNING AT ITS BEST. HE DID A GREAT JOB.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO ME BY RESCUECOM. THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE COMPANY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY AFTER I CALLED AND FIXED MY PROBLEM.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB. THEY WERE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID GREAT WORK. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
