We hired Roger from Renovation Plus to combine two NYC apartments. His bid was very competitive to begin with, but stood out for being most detailed and transparent about responsibilities. Roger set a work schedule and stuck to it. He kept us informed with frequent calls and site visits, and offered creative suggestions to options as they presented themselves. Roger and his team worked well with all of the people whose cooperation was needed along the way (this is NYC, after all, and saboteurs are everywhere!). The final cost matched the bid, with zero surprises â all additional expenses (and they were small) were fully explained and agreed upon in advance. Roger's professionalism, craftsmanship, and â no dramaâ demeanor made the process smooth. We're thrilled with the result and highly recommend him!

Roger Peter Navarra completely renovated our condo in NYC living in 800 miles away while work was being done. I had complete trust in his ability to do the work while out of town. The work plan was agreed and then the pandemic hit and everything was put on hold. Roger and his team stuck with me until things opened up, when a lot of contractors might have moved on and left me hanging. Roger honored his commitment, followed the plan, and responded to every guideline the building management required. When obstacles arose, Roger was transparent and communicative and there were no surprises. The apartment turned out fantastic and every detail was addressed. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Roger Navarro took a mess of an apartment and made it into a beauty. We worked together to pick out the features of the apartment. His advice helped me to see what was the best way of repairing all of the damages that accumulated over the years. Without his help I would not know what to do. If you want an expert in renovation use Renovation Plus for the restoration of your property. After the work was completed we received many compliments about the work that was done to the apartment. I wish that I had another apartment for Renovation Plus to repair.

We located Roger Navarra's Renovation Plus online and hired his company to remodel our bathroom. He and his staff were professional, hardworking, and courteous, and the results were excellent. It was no doubt a challenging job since the post-demolition work required rebuilding the walls and floor, removing the tub and building a glass-shower stall that had to conform to an odd space that included a window. The tiles, fixtures, paint all turned out gorgeous and the bathroom is now lovely to behold and is very user-friendly. Thank you, Roger and your staff, for a job well done!

Renovation Plus did a great job with our kitcen renovation. All our concerns and needs were fully taken care of by both the owner and workers. They did a fabulous job. The demolition was exceptionally fast and clean. The men were really hard workers and worked well with our building staff. We thought Frank was great and really cared about the results. We got excellent design advice from Maria and thought the cabinets came out beautiful. Roger is easy to deal with and a great guy. The job exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend using them

I would definitely recommend Renovation-Plus to someone looking for a serious renovation project. I hired them to demo and install a new hardwood floor (and subfloor) as well as a total bathroom renovation. The whole project took 5 weeks. They work quick and are very thorough. Roger owns the company and is always available via phone, text or email and stops in frequently to monitor the project. Frank was in charge of my project and was there everyday. He did a great job and definitely takes pride in his work. They recommended subcontractors (plumber & electrician) that I was very pleased with as well. A very positive experience.
