The man arrived exactly on time, was thorough, professional, and fast. You can't ask for anything more. The person who scheduled the appointment (Mrs. Clark) was extremely courteous and professional. I had been doing business with a different company for a number of years, but would never consider going back. Red Ball is highly recommended.

THE FIRST TIME I CALLED THEM THEY CAME OUT AND DID THE JOB PERFECTLY. THEY WERE ALSO VERY REASONABLY PRICED. NOW THAT THEIR BUSINESS HAS GROWN, I HAVE HAD A HARD TIME GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEM.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR ALMOST FIVE YEARS. THEY COME ON A SCHEDULE AND CALL TO REMIND ME THAT THEY ARE COMING. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME AND MAKE SURE THE WINDOWS LOOK GREAT.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB BUT IF THERE IS ANYONE ELSE AROUND, ALL THAT GETS DONE IS YAMMERING.BUT WHEN THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON ON THE JOB, IT GETS DONE QUICKLY. THEY DO A GOOD JOB FOR ME EVERY TIME.

THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THIS COMPANY IS THAT THEY SCRATCHED A WINDOW. THEY ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY USUALLY DO A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THIS LAST TIME WAS THE ONLY TIME THAT I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM.

IT'S GOOD BECAUSE THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. THEY SEND GOOD WORKERS. THEY RETURN CALLS. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND FAIR. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT.
