Absolute nightmare. Bought sofa from Shabby Chic with washable slipcover. Slipcover shrunk when washed. Went in early April to have new one made. Chose fabric, set it up. They said it would take 6 to 8 weeks-would be on my sofa by 6/15. We are to rent our aptartment July 1st for a short time. Current shrunk defective slipcover looks awful for rental. Got a call a week or so in, telling me the fabric I wanted wasn't going to be available in my time frame. So I went back to the store and chose a 2nd choice to keep schedule on track. June 15 - no slipcover. They said they would have needed old slipcover to cut new one by, and were sorry they had forgotten to ask for it in the first place! Not to mention that they couldn't use the old one to cut by since it SHRUNK! They said they'd get a guy to come cut an emergency one for me. The guy no-showed! It's June 22, and still no slipcover! Can you believe it?!
Description of Work: I hired Shabby Chic to make a slipcover for my sofa.
