RAAD

I should have known things would go badly when he sent his 2 junior assistants to "probe" prior to the closing...this consisted of hammering holes in walls after hours...and not even being prepared to clean up the mess...we had to run out and buy a broom and dust pan...The plans were filed with the Coop and NYC DOB however it was clear that Mr. Ramsey did not know what he was doing...there was not enough power for an electric range..surprise #1...he did not seem to know that a wall mounted toilet had to be mounted on a wall that was not the hallway...thus the bathroom had to be redesigned at the last minute...leaving me with  $600 worth of sinks that I could not use or return to the vendor because he ran us around in one day to buy marble for the bathroom, fixtures for the bathroom and kitchen, etc...when asked why he did this...he had no answer. We were happy he disappeared from the project though he did continue to harass me for payment...and stupidly I paid him way too much.

People like Mr. Ramsay should not be allowed to do business...I do not know how anyone could recommend him for anything.

Worst of all, when asked at the end why he did this...his excuse was "well, you were nice guys so i wanted to work with you but I guess I did not give you the attention I should have"

An understatement if there ever was one...oh, he is not even the architect of record...Enough said.
