The owner of Quattromura, Fabian, is very hands on. He had a small crew (two guys) but he was at the jobsite a good deal of the time. This is a big plus because when design issues came up Fabian was usually right there to solve things. I found him very pleasant to deal with unlike some contractors I've dealt with in the past. I probably would not use Quattromura for a huge job like renovating a townhouse as my impression is that he is not set up in terms of a big crew to tackle a job like that. However, for my bathroom and kitchen job I was very pleased with the experience and the results.
