Quality Cleaning Company

They used to be good but haven't responded to my emails in weeks. I will be seeking other providers

A little slow to respond to emails. Would wait a few days to hear back. Changed arrival time 1 hour before requested time to 2 hours later then were 40 minutes late. Sloppy, careless job the first round, but were apologetic and returned a few days later and redid the cleaning with no charge. El the owner was easy to deal with and kind.

Excellent! El was excellent from start to finish. Accommodating, fair, and excellent at her job: she is a real professional and worth every penny.

The 2-person team was a no-show at the agreed time and day. I only got an explanation after I called the owner to find out what happened. Rescheduled for the next day. It was supposed to be a deep clean, to take however long as would be necessary, as specified on the Angie's List promotion. I went to the unit 2-1/2 hours later to find them LAYING ON THE FLOOR, playing music and playing on their phones! No apologies were given by the two cleaning people - Marta or Latoya. I called the owner who simply wanted to focus on the cleaning job instead of her staffs' extreme unprofessionalism. Fair enough, but the cleaning job itself was also inexcusably subpar. For a deep clean they failed to clean the oven, bathtub, radiators or window sills to an acceptable level and even left the stove top dirty after I requested them to give it attention a 2nd and 3rd time. The owner agreed to refund me 50% for the cleaning job, but she does not seem to have authority over her staff. After I asked one of the cleaning team to please spend more time on the stove top she asked me "How much are you paying for this clean?" Please note, this was asked AFTER I found them lounging in one of the bedrooms. Unfortunately I did not find this company professional and I would not recommend this company's services.

Quality Cleaning made is easy and straightforward to schedule. The service was performed as expected, done well and with care. The Quality Cleaning representative was professional, diligent and knew what to do. Will use again for sure.

okay. cleaning products were not very good. a little slow & late.

The first time the two women were to come, one was so late I cancelled and had the woman who had arrived early, leave. The second time I scheduled the two women came at the same time. Unfortunately, one woman didn't really speak English and the other woman had to translate what I said into Spanish. My sweeper which was to be used to dust the floor, wound up in the mop bucket, through lack of understanding. The woman translated, accidentally broke a $65 figurine of mine. I did tell her I would contact the manager about reimbursement. Aside from the things I mentioned, the women did a good job cleaning my apartment. The manager wanted a receipt. I've had the figurine for years, I told her and had no receipt. I told her she could check on Amazon, because they were selling some of the discontinued figurines, of which the one broken was one. I was not told how long it would take to get reimbursed initially and gave the company a bad review. The manager sent an extremely rude, critical email to me, which I though totally unprofessional. The cleaners came January 4 and it took until March for me to be reimbursed.

Two cleaners arrived on time. Both worked in a focused manner and cleaned the kitchen and bathroom, including the inside of the fridge and stove, to spotless perfection (or as close as is possible in an old building like mine). They were efficient, professional, and pleasant to interact with. It was awesome to have them come, and really felt like my kitchen and bathroom had been totally 'detailed.' Great experience. The women she sent were absolutely terrific. I didn't realize the eight hours of work was to be all at one time. She split that up for me.  Very, very nice. easy to work with. Fantastic price. Just one women on this visit. She did more than I asked her to do in the kitchen. She was a pleasure to work with.

Brenda cleaned for 6 hours non-stop. She exceeded my expectations. My stove and refrigerator look brand new. She did an excellent job.

Not enough time to even do dusting! Very disappointed.

I paid for the services 6 months prior to using them. I provided all of the necessary tools and cleaners above and beyond what was needed. My stove was new, my refrigerator, (in fact all of my furniture is new) was new and nearly empty so was the freezer. There were two service persons; one was nearly an half hour late. If you are going to be late don't you call your employer? The one that was late took advantage of the other by not working equally in the division of tasks( she cleaned one bathroom wall for nearly a half hour. Vacumed the rug for nearly 20 minutes ( a new rug) lol.. why are you polishing my wheelchair? (Where was the team work in this scenario? I found myself having to micromanage and call their supervisor as I was concerned for the time allotment even though - the agreement was double edged - a0 till job is completed b) a flexible 3-4 hours mmmmm. In essence I got 3 hours of work at $25.00 an hour per person. Too bad the ladies that do the work don't make that type of salary. I asked that that she clean the inside of the medicine cabinet - well her work was marginal. I assisted them myself personally with the tasks at hand. Because I did not watch them in the living room they did not move the couch or mop the parquet floors as directed. Nor did they dust the leather furniture of the bases and stems of the lamps. I found myself having to work after they left. I would call back that heavy set lady but not the little one. So I am debating as to whether to use this company again. In fact the same company owes me four hours from a previous job. Which the supervisor failed to mention - so that is a signal of business ethics and integrity. The Supervisor could have called me and offered to send a lady out to clear the work debt because at that time they were short handed. Its hard to grade on quality when one works and the other doesn't. Thank you Martha for your hard work. Yvonne you can do better than that. I am sure you now know that you do not put windex on a flatscreen tv. that is why I gave you a Chamois cloth or risk your ruining the screens. How many jobs do you go to where the customer helps out too and is disabled. SMH. What work that they did do was great but the hit and miss and the lack of regard for time overshadowed their efforts. I couldn't tell they were there. Did even really look they cleaned anything.

One of the cleaners was on time and did a great job. The other cleaner was an hour and a half late and was a horrible cleaner. I believe the good cleaner was named Latoya.

It was very good. They were very thorough with what they did, they showed up on time, they asked me what I needed done before they started to make sure that was what I needed so it was very good. I liked the way they did it. I found a few minor things like inside the cabinets weren't done, but everything was done pretty good. I already told my mom that she would get them. It was good. I feel I might even do it like once every 6 months to do cleaning in my house. I would recommend them.

Hasn't been done yet because when I scheduled, they didn't show up. After contacting the coordinator, she apologized & sent me one cleaning lady for 3hours for free. I had asked to reschedule that same day but she has yet to contact me since & that was 2 weeks ago. UPDATE She's contacted me since my initial review. She is very nice. There could have been issue contacting me on my end. An appointment is now scheduled. She is very professional.

Two people were coming to clean.  The first person got lost and so needed directions and was late, but that was understandable.  The second person came an hour late.

The two workers showed up and although one was mediocre the other was excellent and I would rehire her in t he future if needed. (Josie)

They did an excellent job on my home cleaning very happy with the outcome . And it only took a couple of hours. Great job !
