Paul and his team did an excellent job and were kind enough to provide a loaner chair for my dad while the three chairs were being repaired. The only thing I would advise is to be sure to ask about delivery fees--I didn't. I'm sure the fees are comparable to what others charge, so I'm not implying anything sketchy, but I simply hadn't factored it in to the total cost and was surprised later. I should have thought to ask, and so I mention it here as a reminder. Bottom line: I would use Paul's services again if need be.

It went beautifully. Initially, the manager had me take a picture of the broken part and send it to him so that he could see what was wrong.

They were fabulous! I had recieved about 3 or 4 quotes, from different companies, which were all much higher, they were so simple to deal with, no nonsense, and did a great job. Not to mention the most reasonable out of the quotes. And they also completed the repair in a short amount of time. It was an antigue chair, and the kane got sepated from the back, and then the frame broke to two pieces, (all by my moving company)! Uggh! However, they did a fab job! and made the chair look like new...by repairing some other little knicks.

The furniture repairmen were prompt, professional, and diligent. They worked directly in the apartment to repair the chairs. We hadn't yet had air conditioning installed, and they worked heroically for almost three hours despite the high heat. We were impressed that they finished the repair so efficiently right in the apartment.

Paul did an excellent job for a reasonable price, which in Manhattan, is rare. He finished the work in the time he had promised and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend him.

They were recommended by Jan Brulhardt, a reuphosterer. Paul came to do the inspection. From start to finish he was very professional and pleasant to work with. Pro Furniture's truckers picked up the tables on April 6. When a building strike was threatened, Pro Furniture sped up the time table to complete and deliver prior to the strike deadline. They furnished a written quotation and the job came in on budget and on time. They were very helpful in advising future care of the furniture.

I THINK THEY DID A REALLY NICE JOB. THEY PICKED UP MY ROCKING CHAIR THEMSELVES AND DROPPED IT OFF WHEN IT WAS FINISHED. IT ONLY TOOK THEM A FEW WEEKS TO GET IT DONE AND I THINK THEY DID A NICE JOB ON IT. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS GOOD, TOO.
