I was very happy with Jeff's assessment of my unit and the work that needed to be done. He told me stories of his long time in this business, and showed me various photos on his iPad of completed work he has done. He was also good in telling me what to stick to for good resale value and seemed to know the real estate market well. He knew what plumbing and electrical work needed to be done, and also emphasized hiding wires, getting the right electrical panels etc. for a sophisticated finish.

It is a contracting company. He is a fair contractor and gets me the fairest price. He is a good and pleasant person. He communicates well. I would rate him highly across the board. I would use him again in the future.
