I highly recommend Prime Aire.. They came out and did an incredibly thorough job of inspecting my residence for what types/levels of molds were living there. They took several tests and samples for the lab, the report was extremely detailed and informative. The technician did not sugar coat anything and remained very neutral and only pointed out the facts. I was very worried about having a bad mold problem in my rental, but after my first meeting with Rob and his team at Prime Aire, my mind was put at ease. It was obvious from the start that the Prime Aire team has extensive knowledge, experience and a thorough and effective method to eradicate mold. Sandy hit our area hard and completed filled my basement with water up to the ceiling. Due to a lot of red tape i had to wait to have an inspection for mold and mildew to be done. By the time I was ready I was in no mood to deal with any jokers or scams. I can't express enough how happy and satisfied with the work PrimeAire provided. The price was decent but overall it was well worth it, after the inspection was done it was only the following week I had to wait for the guys to come back to do the removal. They even finished ahead of schedule!! I would reccomend them to anyone who has a mold problem.
