We ordered the posters on 10/1, with 2-5 day delivery due to my son's party being 10/11.  As of 10/8, the posters had not arrived.  I called the company, and they claimed to have sent an email (no email was ever received) requesting clarification on an item.  They did not apologize, but claimed that they were sending it overnight same day (10/8) for delivery by 10/9.  On 10/9, nothing arrived, and I called again.  They gave me a nonexistent tracking number, and then admitted the posters were still in the factory.  I ordered them to send me a photo of the packing label, which they emailed to me.  Only 5 of the 6 posters arrived, and being that it arrived on a Saturday (10/10), and my son's party was the next day, no one was available to assist.  Since then, I've spoken with the same person several times demanding a refund for the poster that did not arrive.  The person (Jesse) said he had to go back to billing, among a host of excuses, as to why I couldn't get the refund immediately, stating one time that the poster was being reprinted, something I repeatedly said I did not want.  Still waiting on any response to my refund request.  Terrible company.  There are a million of these types of poster providers, so just go somewhere else.
