Our contractor suggested I check them out. When I went there I waited a long time before anyone acknowledged my presence and then they acted like it was a big favor to find someone (Nadia) to help me. When Nadia came out, we started choosing things. Nadia gave me her email address and after that things went better, as she was extremely responsive. But everytime I went back to the showroom (unless Nadia was there to meet me) I felt unwelcome and as if they didn't want my business. Maybe they are used to $500,000 orders and my $9,000 order was too insignificant for them. But, I loved the stuff I ordered (the bathroom looks great), delivery went smoothly and Nadia sorted out a couple of glitches with the delivery. Strongly recommend calling for an appointment before going there. I can't comment on price, as I didn't have time to shop around. I would do that if I had to do this over again.
